Providence Northern California

The Northern California Region is comprised of six acute care hospitals located in three counties: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Petaluma Valley Hospital & Healdsburg District Hospital (Sonoma); St. Joseph Hospital & Redwood Memorial Hospital (Humboldt); and Queen of the Valley Medical Center (Napa). In addition, the Providence Medical Group (PMG) encompasses all of Providence’s NorCal ambulatory operations, which spans, imaging, same-day care, specialized clinical institutes, surgery centers, external partnerships, and graduate medical education.

As a Regional Administrative Fellow at Providence in the Northern California Region, you will be part of one of the largest faith-based, non-profit health care system in the United States. Due to our ongoing commitment to provide compassionate care throughout our communities, Providence continues to lead the nation in charitable contributions among other faith-based health systems. Our successes are driven by an ongoing commitment to our mission, vision, and values, which form the heart of our care ministry.

At Providence, the Fellow is considered an integral part of the regional executive team. The Fellow will be given responsibilities from executive leaders and will have several opportunities to pursue meaningful projects throughout the course of the fellowship. The Fellow will report directly to the Regional Director of Business Development and will have one-on-one meetings to discuss progress toward personal and career goals. While the fellowship supports the region, the Fellow will be exposed to each of our Northern California acute care hospitals and their respective executive teams.

Projects

The Northern California Providence Administrative Fellowship program will offer Fellows the opportunity to contribute their talents, skills, and knowledge to some of Providence's highest-priority initiatives and projects. Through these projects, the Fellow will have the opportunity to change the lives of those we serve, impact our hospital operations, and transform the future of health care.
