Our vision is to make Providence the best place to work, by inspiring, developing, and easing the way of every caregiver. As part of this aspiration, we have expanded programs aimed at growth and development for our caregivers by partnering with Guild, a leader in education and career pathways. Through our partnership with Guild, the Providence Education Benefit with Guild was born to enable eligible caregivers to explore and pursue exciting educational opportunities to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Through our partnership with Guild, caregivers:

• Can select programs that meet their needs, with up to 100% paid tuition.
• Receive customized development coaching to ease their way through classes or degree programs.
• Have access to flexible, self-paced, online classes.
