About the Administrative Fellowship Program

The Administrative Fellowship at Providence offers masters level individuals a 12-month opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills through a broad array of learning experiences. Fellows will receive extensive mentorship from senior leaders as they tackle challenging, highly visible projects in their areas of interest. They will also cultivate a strong microscale and macroscale understanding of Providence's impact on the surrounding community.

Providence’s Administrative Fellowship Tracks

Providence offers administrative fellowship tracks across several regions – below are the tracks that will be recruiting fellows for the 2027-2028 cycle:

• Providence Central Division
  • Based in Spokane, WA
• Providence Enterprise
  • Based in Irvine, CA/Seattle Area, WA - Hybrid

Application Process

Qualifications:

Requirements may vary between locations.

• Candidates must either be enrolled in an accredited health-focused graduate program (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, etc.) or have graduated from such a program within the last 12 months.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Providence is unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
• Prior work experience is preferred but not required.
