At Providence Swedish, the Administrative Fellow is considered integral to supporting the work we do every day to fulfill our mission, vision, and values. The Administrative Fellowship program offers individuals the opportunity to contribute their talents, skills, and knowledge to some of our highest priority initiatives and projects. Through these projects, the Administrative Fellow will have the opportunity to change the lives of those we serve, impact our hospital operations, and transform the future of health care. The Administrative Fellowship program is structured to ensure time spent meeting with executive leaders in core business areas: Operations, Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, Quality, and Nursing.

The Fellow will report to the Providence North Division Chief Executive and will have one-on-one meetings to discuss progress toward personal and career goals.
