Karla

Biography

Karla is the Program Manager of Career Exploration for ProvReady. She has been with ProvReady since July 2021 and leads the Career Exploration team, planning, and scaling workforce development across the Providence system. She also organizes and puts on events for high school and college students, showcasing different roles and career pathways in healthcare. Karla is passionate about helping others grow and find their place in this world. She enjoys encouraging others to pursue their dreams, especially those who come from underrepresented communities and communities of color.

Karla’s interests include spending time with family, watching fútbol, trying new food, and binge watching a great series.
